The rooms were basic but comfortable and had a lovely warm atmosphere. the owners were friendly and helpful, even providing an extra heater when my mum asked. the shared kitchen/dining room had good facilities and was never too busy. the hotel offered wifi and a computer to use. It is located on a quiet road, although it is quite steep. it was a decent location and excellent value for money.

The location of the hotel was great, very close to the train and bus stations. I also enjoyed the convenient proximity to the Tesco and Biedronka supermarkets. The view from my balcony was fantastic, offering a beautiful panorama. Another advantage was the excellent value for money, providing me with a cost-effective stay.

There were a few disappointing aspects of my experience. the lack of attention from the owner was evident, making me feel less welcomed as a guest.

The rooms at Willa Wiktoria were incredibly cozy and comfortable. I loved the spaciousness, it made me feel right at home. Having free Wi-Fi was an added bonus, allowing me to easily stay connected. The TV was perfect for lounging in bed and relaxing after a long day of exploring. Plus, having an electric kettle in the room was a convenient touch, I could enjoy a hot cup of tea anytime I wanted.

Although the rooms were great, I personally didn't use the balcony in the quadruple room.
